In view of the highest quality of products offered by us, thanks to the obtained EU funding, the Sizeflex Company has purchased the latest generation machines for roller shutters manufacturing. The fully automated table and innovative hot air welding machine allow for execution of high quality, up to 8 meters wide roller shutters. The table has the capability to detect any fabric errors already at the early stages of production, and the laser cutter makes it possible to cut the fabric perfectly. The hot air welding machine makes it possible to weld 8 meters of fabric in one production cycle, which ensures high quality, aesthetics and high roller shutters productivity. At the final stage of production, each roller shutter passes a detailed quality control.
